The Associate is responsible for researching client and prospect industries and products, performing financial analysis and modeling of client businesses and acquisition targets, performing due diligence on clients and acquisition targets, preparation of client and prospect presentation materials, transaction execution, and supervising Analysts on certain assignments. MBA is desirable, but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 – 5 years of finance, accounting or investment banking experience, an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting, and strong financial, accounting and analytical skills.
