MANAGING DIRECTOR
The managing director is responsible for sourcing and executing a wide range of investment banking transactions, meeting revenue goals; developing and maintaining corporate and PEG relationships, providing M&A transaction leadership and building and mentoring junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: MBA from a top school, proven track record of success in investment banking, demonstrated financial and negotiating skill in closing transactions, strong understanding of transaction structures and tax issues, proven transaction leadership, executive presence and excellent communication skills. VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice President is responsible for managing transactions, assisting Managing Directors with business development and various marketing activities, and directing and training junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 8 years of investment banking experience required, MBA from a top school, strong financial aptitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to independently lead development and preparation of presentation materials, and manage transaction execution. ASSOCIATE
The Associate is responsible for researching client and prospect industries and products, performing financial analysis and modeling of client businesses and acquisition targets, performing due diligence on clients and acquisition targets, preparation of client and prospect presentation materials, transaction execution, and supervising Analysts on certain assignments. MBA is desirable, but not required.

ANALYST
The Analyst conducts industry and product research, performs quantitative and qualitative analysis, prepares presentation materials, and assists with various marketing assignments. The Analyst is provided a strong career foundation in financial services with a significant opportunity to learn the investment banking business.
