Sikich has a unique approach.  We customize our engagement approach to develop a Performance Plan with our clients.    The Performance Plan is a unique planning process developed by Sikich consultants that assists businesses in defining their Vision, developing Critical Success Factors that are linked to their Vision, and then developing specific performance measures and Key Performance Indicators to measure and monitor.  Far too often, businesses invest resources in developing a strategic plan or other business planning process, which is not executed upon.  Sikich has developed the Performance Plan that links organizational goals to performance measures and a reporting process that consistently reports progress toward those goals.

Upon completion of the Performance Plan, we assist in the development of a process to collect data to report the performance measures, assign ownership for the measures, and determine the appropriate reporting tools to measure and monitor the KPIs and performance measures.  Throughout this process, we consult the management team on change management issues to ensure successful deployment of a performance measurement culture throughout the organization.
