Human Resource Consulting Subscription Services
The Sikich subscription service provides clients with telephone access to experienced human resource
professionals who can assist with a variety of human resource issues and employee relations challenges.Each client is assigned a designated contact who typically has more than 10 years of human resource experience in a variety of industries. This individual will effectively become part of your HR team, tuned in to your issues and concerns.
While subscriptions can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization, the basic subscription includes three hours of telephone/research time per quarter. Our subscription clients will receive monthly updates and tools to help them manage their HR activities. Some of these tools include:
• Mini–HR Self-Assessment to help you pinpoint potential areas of exposure
• Employment Law Overview including threshold employee levels and penalties for noncompliance
• Best Practices in HR Overview to help you benchmark key HR opportunities
• Individualized Planning Tool including a review of activities/progress over the previous three quarters and identification of priorities moving forward
• Invitation to one webinars per quarter designed specifically for subscription clients and based on subscription client feedback
You can tailor how you use your hours to the specific needs of your organization. In addition to call-in
time for HR questions and issues, our clients have used the time to start their handbook update,
prepare job descriptions, do short salary comparisons, source candidates for open positions, update
their application, etc. You have the ultimate flexibility with your hours.
Additional hours may be purchased as required. Subscription clients enjoy preferred pricing for a variety of HR projects including recruiting, employee handbooks, HR assessments and the like. These services will be quoted separately upon request.
Each subscription commitment is for a twelve-month period and will be billed quarterly.
